Ways of placing your order and postage
Posting your order
There are just a few simple steps to follow to ensure I get your order:
- Download and print the orderform off (total 3 pages)
- Complete all the necessary boxes
- Enclose your payment
- Pop any vouchers and offer cards in with the order form
- Finally send to me using the address given on the form
I will email or phone on the day I receive your order just to let you know it has been received.
You can place your order over the phone providing you have a current credit or debit card, the cards I accept are: I can also send you an invoice via PayPal. You can phone between 9am – 9pm Monday to Saturday. If it goes to the answering machine please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as I return. +44 (0)1473 412539
If you would like to see the jewellery and accessories in person you are more than welcome to visit. My studio is situated in my home garden so I have no set opening hours. As we all lead busy lives you can visit day or night, weekday or weekend but an appointment needs to be made in advance as I may be with a client. Postage costs UK
All orders will be sent using Royal Mail’s Special Next Day delivery, the price does include insurance and tracking.
Special next day - £5.50
If your order is £80 and over postage is free

Just because you live miles away from the UK doesn’t mean you can’t place an order. The postage is higher but your pieces will be sent via airmail and requiring your signature upon delivery at your door and is fully insured. If you would like to opt for lower postage the parcel will not be tracked and the delivery time may vary. Contact me prior to placing an order and a new price will be given.
