Postage and Delivery

• Items will be dispatched once payment has cleared.
• I always obtain proof of postage.
• If you are from the UK, your jewellery will be sent via Special Delivery.
• Outside of the UK a signature is required apon delivery.
• If you spend £80 GBP or over your postage will be free.

Your Order

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us undamaged and in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price (not including postage). 
• We are not liable for any postage costs incurred by you when returning unsuitable items to us.
• In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, please return is to us in the original packaging, within 28 days from receipt, for a full refund. Any postage costs incurred by you in returning faulty items to us will also be refunded. 
• Orders can be placed online securely using Paypal, phone, email, by post or through a jewellery party.
• Please make any cheques payable to Romilly Norman, detailing your address on the reverse, and post to the address on the contacts page. 
• Please allow 7 working days for the cheque to clear
• Orders can be accepted from outside the UK
• Gift vouchers are non transferable, must be used within 4 months from the date of issue and can be used as part or full payment of item(s). If the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction, the balance will be given to you in the form of another gift voucher.  They can, at the moment only be claimed by completing the order form which comes with the voucher and posting them both together in the self stamped addressed envelope provided.

Other

• Prices can be changed at anytime without notice whether increased or decreased in price, this is because a supplier has changed their prices.
